2. Products & Services
Boon Advertising specializes in corporate gifts, promotional merchandise, and branding solutions.
All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith. However, minor variations in color, size, or branding results may occur.
Customized orders (e.g., with logo printing or embroidery) are subject to client approval before production.
3. Orders
Orders can be placed online, via email, or directly with our sales team.
An order is considered confirmed once an invoice is issued and payment (deposit or full) is received.
Boon Advertising reserves the right to reject or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or cash (where applicable).
For customized or bulk orders, a 50% advance payment is required to initiate production, with the balance payable before delivery.
All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.
5. Delivery & Shipping
Deliveries are available within the UAE and can be arranged internationally upon request.
Delivery timelines will be shared during order confirmation and may vary depending on product customization and stock availability.
Boon Advertising is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, it cannot be canceled or refunded, as all items are procured and/or customized specifically to client requirements.
Customized products (e.g., with branding, printing, or engraving) are non-refundable and non-returnable under all circumstances, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects.
In the rare event that Boon Advertising approves a refund (e.g., defective or incorrect items supplied), it will be processed using the original mode of payment within 10–15 working days.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including images, designs, text, logos, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Boon Advertising or its suppliers.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
8. Liability
Boon Advertising makes every effort to ensure the quality of products and services but does not guarantee that the Website or its content will be error-free.
